Office Assistant

The NGO “United Avantgarde Artist” is looking for a motivated and responsible person to join our team.


If you believe in the power of volunteering, know how to work with people, and want your professional work to have real social meaning, we would be happy to meet you. The candidate will be mainly responsible for data entry, task distribution, and technical support for projects.

Main Responsibilities:
• Welcoming, onboarding, and supporting new volunteers;
• Maintaining constant communication with volunteers and monitoring their engagement;
• Organizing and coordinating volunteer initiatives and events;
• Assigning tasks according to volunteers’ interests, skills, and availability;
• Conducting individual meetings and mentoring sessions;
• Motivating and retaining active volunteers;
• Creating a positive and inclusive environment within the volunteer community;
• Collecting feedback and identifying volunteers’ needs;
• Maintaining the necessary documentation and reports;
• Working with partners, institutions, and other organizations.

Who We Are Looking For:
• A person with good English language skills; B2 level or higher
• A person with excellent communication and organizational skills;
• An empathetic, responsible, and proactive individual;
• Ability to work with different people and build trust;
• Good planning and prioritization skills;
• Independence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team;
• Previous experience in NGOs, volunteering, youth work, or working with people is an advantage;
• Good computer literacy.
