Youth@Work

We are looking for participants for a really interesting Erasmus + project in Romania.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project aims to prepare young people for the labour market, i.e. equipping young people with tools to enable them to make a well-grounded (responsible) choice in terms of preparation and orientation to a particular career, as well as their ability with certain essential competences to enter the labour market. The choice of this theme is not a coincidence, given the European and national context regarding the employability of young people. Our project comes as a solution regarding a better understanding and response to the needs of their communities by using non-formal learning methods for young people to help increase their employability. The project will support them through dedicated activities to identify key competencies for each participant, help with writing a CV, and advice on an online or real interview. The program of activities includes personal development and team building activities, presentations on issues related to the topic, intercultural evenings, workshops, and joint activities with young people from the local high school.
