COVID-19 QUARANTINE RECIPES IN THE KITCHEN part 1: Cooking a vegan banana bread

After one week stucked at home, due to the current situation we all are living with the threat of Covid-19, probably you are starting to go crazy. We don’t want that to happen, so we want to bring you a good and sweet idea to do at home in these days: to cook a vegan banana bread. If you are living with your family, it is a perfect plan to do together, and, if you are living alone this confinement, don’t worry, more bread for you!

Ingredients for vegan banana bread:

– 4 ripe bananas.

– 150 grams of flour.

– 100 grams of sugar.

– 40 grams of oil.

– 2 spoons of vegetable milk.

– 1 coffee spoon of baking soda.

– 1 coffee spoon of baking powder.

– A pinch of salt.

– Cinnamon and rum flavoring.
