Under the “Solidarity project” of the European Solidarity Corps program, the youth organization Youth Development Center – Mutual Aid, with the assistance and kind permission of the Head of the Arsenal Cultural Center, has set a heart for collecting plastics caps. It’s located near the Wall of Volunteering, which was opened in 2013 by the Polish Ambassador and then he wished: “Kazanlak to become the city of volunteering”.

The organization decided to put a second heart, as the first one at Rosaryum Park, despite the constant collection of caps, is always full. This shows the readiness of Kazanlak residents to participate in positive city campaigns.

To date, the campaign has raised caps in 2019 500 BGN which will be used to paint buildings. At the end of 2020, a campaign page will be put to the vote to fund one of these causes:

– Financing of Kazanlak Eco Festival.

– Financing of young people under 30 to participate in international training.

– Financing a building drawing campaign.
